This incident caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault near the location. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people hurt by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
